Congratulations to the Thai Association of Periodontology, Organising Committee and Datuk Dr. Ahmad Sharifuddin Mohd Asari (President of APSP and MSP Past President) for successfully hosting The 14th Asian Pacific Society of Periodontology (APSP) Meeting 2022 in the amazing city, Bangkok .

The Malaysian delegates had a brilliant time participating in the robust scientific programme, focusing on the theme ‘Periodontal Innovations and Solutions for 21st Century’, as well as connecting with periodontists, researchers and industry peers from various countries.

Congratulations to Prof. Dr. Rathna Devi Vaithilingam for sharing insights into Periodontitis and Diabetes: the Malaysian Multidisciplinary Approach.

Well done to Dr. Ho Jan Yang and team for winning the 1st Prize in Clinical Research Poster Presentation Category for their work on ‘Evaluation of metallothionein and selected pro-inflammatory cytokines in saliva of periodontitis patients: a pilot study’.
